Day 1: Dushanbe
Today you will get acquainted with your driver in the airport and transfer to Dushanbe. This day you will explore the major attractions of the city. You will explore Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, and House of parliament. Then you will stroll in amazing National park you will shoot pictures Ministry of Inner Affairs and the biggest National Flag in the world - 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long. Then you will experience Central Museum and explore Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments. You will plunge into real life of colorful Tajikistan you will explore Asian bazar. There a lot of different kinds of goods, fruits and vegetables. Today you will have a chance to get acquainted with the history, architecture, and see main landmarks of the city. The night is in the hotel.
Day 2: Dushanbe - Iskanderkul Lake - Dushanbe
The journey takes you today to high Mountain lake - Iskanderkul (2 255 m. a. s. l.). Lake Iskandarkul is named after Alexander the great, an ancient Greek General who punished the infidel mountaineers by creating this lake and flooding their villages. You will direct to the center of Fann mountains. This territory one of the best for travelling. You will pass via fabulous Anzob pass (3 372 m) where you can enjoy real beauty of nature. Then you will roam along the shore and marvel the lake. You will have a chance to visit a waterfall. Tajikistan has very large water areas: it has the highest water reserves of all Central Asian countries with more than 1 000 rivers, 2 000 lakes and 8000 glaciers. Then you will direct to the hotel in Dushanbe.
Day 3: Dushanbe - Norak - Dushanbe
Today we will have a day trip to Norak water reservoir that is called Tajik Sea. The dam that was built here is listed in the Guinness Book of Records, as it is the highest dam in the world. It is one of the top 30 most powerful hydroelectric power stations in the world. The reservoir was filled in 1972. A dam was built on a salt dome, which is why, initially, there were big problems with retaining a large amount of water. In length, it reaches 70 kilometers, in width - 1 km, and the total area is equal to 98 square kilometers. The average depth of the Nurek reservoir is 107 m. After you will drive back to Dushanbe. Your night will be in the hotel.
Day 4: Dushanbe - Airport
In the morning is transfer to airport.
